About
We build the work that runs itself
A small senior team doing focused work for businesses that want results — not a roster of account managers.
Story
Our story
Work Is for Robots started with a simple observation: most businesses don't need more vendors — they need one team that actually understands how websites, marketing, and automation fit together. The name is only half a joke: the repetitive, time-draining work that fills a team's week is exactly the kind of work software should be doing — so we set out to build it.
We'd watched too many projects fail in the gaps between specialists — a site built without a marketing plan, campaigns pointed at pages that couldn't convert, automation bolted onto processes nobody had mapped. So we built the team we wished our clients could hire — one that owns the whole picture instead of a single slice of it.
Transformation Is for Everyone.
Today we work from Charlotte, NC with a deliberately small number of clients at a time, going deep instead of wide. Every engagement gets senior attention from the first call to long after launch — because the systems we build are meant to keep paying off for years, not just to ship and disappear.

Values
What we value
If something won't move your numbers, we'll say so — even when it costs us a line item. Trust earns more business than padding ever could.
We'd rather ship one thing built properly than three things you'll be paying to fix next year. Automation only compounds on a foundation that's right. Done right beats done fast.
Deliverables are a means, not the point. We measure ourselves on the metric you hired us to move — and we put it in writing.
The best results come from compounding context. We'd rather grow with a few clients for years than churn through projects.
