These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Work Is for Robots LLC website and any related services we provide. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website.

Work Is for Robots LLC provides AI automation services including but not limited to:

• AI phone receptionist — automated call answering, appointment booking, message capture, and call routing
• Speed to Lead — missed-call text-back and automated two-way SMS conversation handling
• AI enablement — configuration, deployment, and team training on third-party AI productivity tools and workflow automation platforms

Specific services, deliverables, and terms are defined in individual service agreements or proposals.

Our messaging program

We operate a two-way conversational text messaging service, and we operate it for business clients under their own names.

How a conversation starts. A person telephones a business. If the call is not answered, the business sends a text acknowledging the missed call and asking whether the person would like to continue by text.

How it continues. If the person replies YES, an automated assistant continues the conversation by text — answering questions, providing information, and scheduling appointments — until their need is resolved.

If the person does not reply, the conversation does not continue. Confirmation is the gate, and messaging beyond the initial acknowledgment rests on it rather than on the original call alone.

What we do not send

We do not send marketing, promotional, or bulk messages. We do not send messages to people who have not first contacted the business, and we do not use purchased, rented, or acquired contact lists. There is no recurring or scheduled message campaign.

You are messaging with an automated system

The assistant that continues the conversation is software, not a person. Automated systems can make mistakes, including getting details of an appointment, a price, or an availability wrong. Anything that matters should be confirmed directly with the business, and nothing the assistant says creates a binding commitment on the business unless the business separately confirms it.

You may ask to speak to a person at any time.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies. A conversation is an exchange rather than a single message, so a confirmed conversation typically involves several messages until the matter is resolved. There is no fixed number and no scheduled cadence.

Stopping messages

Reply STOP to any message and messages to that number will stop. You may also reply UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT. You will receive one confirmation and nothing further.

Costs

Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier may charge you for sending or receiving messages depending on your plan. We charge you nothing and have no control over what your carrier charges.

Delivery

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on networks and filtering that neither we nor the business controls.

Your mobile number

We do not share mobile numbers or messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes, and we do not sell them. We share a number only with the service providers who transmit the message on our behalf, and only for that purpose. Our Privacy Policy sets out the detail.

Messages sent for our business clients

Where we operate this service for a business client, that client decides what is sent and to whom. The client is responsible for obtaining the consents the law requires — including making clear to its own customers that telephoning the business may result in a text conversation — and for honoring opt-out requests. We act on that client's instructions as its service provider.

If you received a message from a business that uses our systems and want to know what they hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted, contact that business directly. Replying STOP will stop messages to your number either way.

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Infringe upon the rights of others
• Interfere with or disrupt the website's operation or security
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the website
• Use automated systems or software to extract data from the website without our express written permission
• Transmit any viruses, malware, or other malicious code

All content on the Work Is for Robots LLC website, including text, graphics, logos, images, software, and the compilation thereof, is the property of Work Is for Robots LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, or create derivative works from any content on this website without our prior written consent.

Use of Work Is for Robots LLC services beyond browsing the website is subject to a separate service agreement or proposal that defines the scope of work, deliverables, timelines, payment terms, and other project-specific provisions. These Terms apply in addition to, and do not replace, any signed service agreement.

Unless otherwise specified in a written service agreement:

• Final deliverables become the property of the client upon full payment of all fees due
• Work Is for Robots LLC retains ownership of pre-existing intellectual property, methodologies, and tools used in delivering services
• Work Is for Robots LLC reserves the right to reference completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless explicitly prohibited by the service agreement

Payment terms for services are specified in individual service agreements. Late payments may incur interest charges or service suspension. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing.

Our website and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement
• Continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free operation
• The accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any information on the website

We do not warrant that the website will meet your specific requirements or that any defects will be corrected.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Work Is for Robots LLC and its officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use our website or services
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our website
• Any bugs, viruses, or similar issues transmitted through our website

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of our website shall not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We may terminate or suspend your access to our website at any time, with or without cause or notice. Upon termination, your right to use the website ceases immediately. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action arising from these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our website shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in Charlotte, North Carolina.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with any service agreements between Work Is for Robots LLC and you, constitute the entire agreement between us regarding your use of our website and supersede any prior agreements.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective when posted on this page with an updated version and effective date. Your continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
